Our Affordable Housing Program provides rental units for low-income individuals and families who may not be able to afford the high deposits and added utility costs of other apartments. Currently, CFS owns two apartment complexes—one on Gregory Drive and one on Bryan Street.
There is no application fee, deposits are minimal and utilities are included. Most units are close to city bus routes, hospitals and shopping.
Section 8 and HUD are accepted; however, you don’t have to be on either of those programs to rent from CFS.
